Services · Customer App
From sample submission to result. No calls, no email chains.
Your clients register samples from their phone, track them in real time and hear from you when results are ready.
The customer app is what your clients and their field teams use. It replaces the paper form, the phone call and the status email with one place that is always up to date. It is delivered as Lab Services, our client-facing app.
What you get
Submit samples from the phone
Fill in the requisition, add photos and confirm collection on site. No paper forms, no manual registration, no handwriting errors.
Live status, like a parcel
Registered, in transit, received, in analysis, result ready. Clients see where their sample is without calling the lab.
Email and SMS updates
Clients are told automatically when the status changes, including when the report is ready. Your team does not have to send anything.
Logistics built in
Clients choose how the sample gets to the lab, from a drop point to a pickup, directly in the app. See the logistics integration.
Works on site
Field teams can keep registering when coverage is poor. Data syncs when the phone is back online.
Connected to your lab
Incoming samples show up in your lab dashboard before they arrive, and reports go back to the client automatically.
Getting started
How it works
01
Invite your clients
Send an invite to the clients and field teams who submit samples.
02
They register a sample
The first sample is registered on site, and the chain of custody starts immediately.
03
You see it before it arrives
The order appears in the lab dashboard, so you can plan capacity ahead of the delivery.
Frequently asked questions
What is the customer app?
A mobile app for your clients and field teams. They submit samples, follow status and receive results from their phone, while the data flows straight into your Milva Lab account.
Do clients need to install anything?
The app runs in the phone's browser and can be added to the home screen, so there is no app store step.
Does it cover the chain of custody?
Yes. Every step is timestamped and logged from the first registration, so the chain of custody builds itself.
