# Milva Lab

> Milva Lab is the modern LIMS (laboratory information management system) for environmental and building testing labs. It connects field sample collection, digital chain of custody, lab workflow, a client-facing portal, reporting and invoicing in one EU-hosted platform.

Milva Lab is built by Milva ApS (founded 2019, Vejle, Denmark) for commercial environmental and building testing laboratories — asbestos, mould, PCB, heavy metals and building-materials testing. It is purpose-built for labs that receive physical samples from field investigations, typically 10–50 staff and 500+ samples per month. It is not intended for pharmaceutical, hospital, or research-only labs, or for markets outside the EU.
